Have you ever come across a situation where you know it's a lose-lose no matter what you choose to do?  What about a situation that is out of your control but you have to make the right decision because others are expecting it?  Or how about a situation where you want something so bad, and you can have it, but it could be the worst possible decision that you make in your life because your selfishness could affect other people?  Are you being the selfish one or are they?

I feel like I'm in all these scenarios with one particular situation.  I feel like I have no control over the matter.  If I choose one thing, someone's gonna get hurt.  If I decide the other way, I can be happy but others will be affected.  How?  I'm still not too sure, but there's potentially a big negative outcome.  So you're told to do one thing because they're trying to protect you, but also protect themselves.

What would you do?  What would you think?  How long would it take you to decide?

I'm giving myself 3 days to try and figure this out and make the best possible decision after considering all the consequences.  I know what my heart is telling me what to do but my mind is being rationale and telling me something else.
